Some of the greats we have lost this year.
For the majority of 2016, I barely wrote any type of obituary for fallen celebrities. It’s not that I didn’t care; it was just very difficult to keep up with the all casualties of 2016. However, this is something I have to do.
On July 19, 2016, Marshall died at a hospital in Burbank, California, at the age of 81 due to complications of pneumonia after suffering a stroke.
The lead singer and electronic noise pioneer Alan Vega has died this week in his sleep at the age of 78. Born in Brooklyn, NY and alumni of Brooklyn College, Boruch Alan Bermowitz (June 23, 1938 – July 16, 2016)
More terrible news retro lover. The legend Prince has passed away at age 57!! Words cannot express how saddening this is to hear. He was and always will be a legend.
Garry Emmanuel Shandling (November 29, 1949 – March 24, 2016) was an American stand-up comedian, actor, director, writer, producer and voice artist, best known for his work in It’s Garry Shandling’s Show and The Larry Sanders Show.

The man who made it dangerous to go to sleep, go in the swamp, go to Haiti, go into the desert and go into strange people’s houses passed away recently. This sendoff is a week late but, I’m sure the community is still grieving.
This lemon first premiered during the infamous Ninja Craze of the mid-eighties when martial arts ads were everywhere… Ads like “Ninja Power” or “Art of the Assassins” with pictures of masked caucasians with black masks, dressed like members of the caliphate, holding sharp swords, shurikens, posed beneath 1-800 numbers, next to other ads for weight-sets and muscle gain creams.
