Presenting another addition to our Retro GOLD features. We a still exploring the depths of NYC in the 80’s, but this time from a different lens. These exceptional pictures were shot by Frank Hovat  between 1982 and 1986, with a Nikon SLR camera. The grit of NYC is as evident as ever.
