Dynatron – Stars of the Night

VHS – Press – Click – Play ; A Vangelis synth searing through the tape-distorted haze, arching its way all the way across the song, tearing a whole in the screen.

VHS – Press – Click – Play ; A Vangelis synth searing through the tape-distorted haze, arching its way all the way across the song, tearing a whole in the screen. It reverberates in the space between the speakers creating a black hole, through the corrupted pixels an image materializes. An apparition within the room; ambient pads littering the soundscape with haunting menace, eerie, desperately mournful emotive melodies carved into through the screen.

A mid-song break down, all sound separating out to allow time for reflection in the warm bath of distant pads.

Through the electronic ether the tension builds once more, rushing again into action, carving out space for the pads to hammer in, brash power chords lifting you up with rich distortion, saturation, bit crushed-tape-delayed-convoluted-reverb.

It will transport you to futuristic highways and dystopian cities, all encased with its neon-soaked, retro-future sounds.
