As a special treat for all the DEADLIFE fans, NRW has released a vinyl press of DEADLIFE’s first iconic darksynth album, “Bionic Chrysalis,” on wax this week! This release coincides with the pre-order phase of “Dark Nation,” what may likely be DEADLIFES darkest album in years.
As we mentioned in the article “DEADLIFE, Past, Present, and Future,” “Bionic Chrysalis” was not an immediate smash hit. It premiered in 2017, to relatively little fanfare. Some hardcore darksynth fans took notice – but it wasn’t until later that year that MetalSucks posted their glowing review and placed it in their top 15 albums of the year that it gained wider notoriety. Now, “Bionic Chrysalis” considered by many as a cult classic of the darksynth genre.”
