Let us note that 2018 is off to a flying start, and it doesn’t seem to want to end for Retrowave. Commando Ninja is yet another 80’s themed action comedy that is set for crowdfunding, but unlike the other crowdfunded projects, Commando Ninja commands your attention as soon as the trailer starts.
Witty fight scenes and clever one-liners are a plus, but the real focus here is how much gore this trailer has. There is plenty. There is also a nice little easter egg at 2:01 in the trailer. Subtle, but very cool indeed. If you guys are fans of Kung Fury then you will ultimately love this awesome new project that has started up on Kickstarter.
