Mitch Murder Feat. Kristine – Feel The Air
Mitch Murder brings together a collection dancefloor grooves injected with retro influences, sliced-diced and transposed into 80’s sound set. All elements shuffling and fighting for prominence amongst the neon grid.
A rising washed out arp fills most of the space whilst the stabbed bass, swamped in distorted filters, pans and envelopes the sound to give the song its traction.
Minimal artefacts with fully unique sound design constructs the soundscape as notes in the sequence pierce the sound barrier, breaking out and breaking away to become individualised.
The texture is in equal measure ambient, lo-fi indie, warm, characterful, building and epic. The unique reverb algorithms give the synths a far reaching distant quality. The almost terminator-esque lead line sears through as the bass carries on the addictive momentum.
The vocal from Kristine sounds like it has been recorded live at some of the world’s finest spaces and melds the track together into one cohesive sonic adventure.
