Space is nothing. It’s anti-interesting. An eternity of emptiness coated with a few wispy solar systems containing even less interesting planets….

Yet when we go into space, we associate it with interesting things; violence, horror, grandeur, sequels, prequels, powerful searing synthesisers … We believe that in its total blankness, we will find a meaningful-higher state of consciousness.

Here with ‘The Night of the Vigilante’ is Moon Raker, a flight path across the stars with driving bass, pulsating arps, glorious chorus filled guitar solos and Sombre pianos.

The song, engineered either on the fastest NASA supercomputers  or perhaps in another dimension, is a breakdown of interstellar synth transmissions burning like stars.
