Presenting another addition to our Retro GOLD features. This segment we focus on NYC between the years 1977 – 1984. Specifically the MTA Underground and how little attention was paid to it in terms of upkeep. Even within these visually filthy conditions, people still found a way to thrive and be happy. Willy Spiller, the photographer, managed to capture a=many of these moments effortlessly.
